Removal of old shower p-trap in concrete slab
I have an old shwr base that I have removed and found out that who ever installed it
For one never connected the swr drain to the pipe. I removed the base from the floor and found a one foot distance to a PC of 1-1/2 abs with a 90 on the end of it with no pipe going to the shwr base itself. So my question is how do I get a trap on there and do I conect the trap directly to the shw drain or do I put a piece of pipe in between

You would be best to move this question to the plumbing page. And maybe add some photos.

Pictures would definatley help, it helps to know if you have enough grade (1/4" per foot) to do a direct connect, also is the shower in place or is it just a drain under concrete?
