    Not enough information. Is he in the US or still overseas? Have you filed the I-130 relative petition? Is is scheduled for an IV interview?

    Agreed, we don't know what country but if you have proof that he only married you for immigration purposes and doesn't care about you call Immigration (USCIS in the USA) and tell them. If the papers are not finalized they can cancel the whole thing if you say you no longer wish to be his sponsor.
