My name is Mystry, Iam 35years I missed my period for 3 months and both Urine/Blood Pregnancy Test was Positive But Scan Could Not Dictate Sign Of Pregnancy It was after the 3 moths that I bleeded for 2 weeks then serious abdominal pain came up later it latter stop after taking some antibiotics prescribed by doctor. The problem now is that is now six months and Iam still Possitive yet the scan can not dictate any pregnancy even if it is ectopic or abdominal pregnancy and I am still missing my priod but no pain and bleeding again I am just fine. What could be wrong?

I am no expert but all I know is that you can have what they call a chemical pregnancy where HCG hormone is released but no baby as such. Sometimes people get pregnant and then miscarry really early on, i.e.. The embryo doesn't implant very well but still can release pregnancy hormone. I hope this helps. Must be a confusing time for you.
