    What is the time for a place to go into foreclosure beore you have to move out
    Help I think the place Iam staying in is going into foreclosure how long after it happens do you have to move out? My ex hasn't paid the mortgage in3 or 4 months on this place I live in Help:eek::eek::eek:

    We just received a letter from the bank that they bought our house in a sale. Two days later we received a eviction letter to move now. Today. In the eviction letter it said we were to go to court on a pacific date. We are in OR. What do we do?
