I would like to know how do I start a moving company and also how do I write a business plan for that company.

A moving company would be pretty easy, you'd need at least one truck with some equipment (moving blankets, dollies, 4 wheelers) to make moving furniture easier and then some staff...

Obviously if you don't have these or a lot of cash on hand you need to submit a business plan and try and get a loan from a bank.
