    Riding mower won't start
I have a 1990 John Deer 212 riding mower. To get it to start 90% of the time, I have to put it in neutral and jiggle the shifter until it starts. 10% of the time it will start normally. Any help to corret this problem will be gratefully appreciated! Thank You!

Transmission safety switch. Jiggle gives it away.
