    Fired for theft
    I have been fired for theft under $5000.
    I have to go and be fingerprinted.
    I have a court case in June. When will I be able to see the evidence against me?
    What are my chances for this first time offence?

    Your attorney will request discovery. When the discovery is produced to your attorney you will be able to see what sort of evidence prior to your trial.
