    Credit card mediation
I had the Sheriff drop off a mediation for me to appear in court concerning an old credit card through Capitol One. I owe 924.00 without interest. What are my rights when I go to court concerning this issue? I know I need to pay the debt back but what should I expect before going to court?

You should expect a 924 dollar balance to be closer to 2000 with interst late payments, legal fees, court fees and more.

You can expect to lose and get a judgement unless you prove you alerady paid the amount
