    Print test page then error reporting for Microsoft
    I am installed the printer on PC , then when print test page an error occure that tell me some program stop by windows to safety " microsoft error reporting "

    "to safty the computer windows stop some program"

    I 'm try to reinstall printer , but when print test page or any document same error occure , the driver downloaded from canon websit , the model of printer canon lasersot lbp 1120

    Id be happy to help you, but I need a lot more information from you.

    Have you defined the communication port properly in Windows? Usually these are already defined, but someone could have trashed them.

    Also, I cannot translate the message screen you are getting. Can you do that for me? I need the exact message number and text, please.

    Also, can you tell me the type of connection that you are trying to use to attach the printer to the PC.

    Finally, have you tried to run any on-board printer tests? You do this by powering on the printer an then disconnecting the printer from the PC. The printer should have a diagnostics menu or maintenance menu.
