    Pending W/Release ?
    Hello,

    I've been looking at purcashing my first home. In the recent months I've searched and searched for the perfect one and I think I have found it. The only concern I have is that the status is listed "Pending W/Release"

    What does that mean?

    Does it mean the house it pretty much sold?

    Should I start looking for another house?

    Any help would be grand and help me so much, thank you.
