    Foreclosure hearing
I went to a foreclosure hearing April 24, went before the judge, he ask what is your story. I replied there is a private contract between me and the plaintiff and I also sent you a courtesy copy. Judge reply what is that? I said a private contract. So he reach for my copy to see it and said I saw this but I did not know what it was or what I was suppose to do with it. The judge was furnish with a cover letter stating if he trespass he will be responsible for the true bill. The contract is self explanatory. The judge violated my constitutional rights, right to due process, and committed fraud upon the court by personally getting involve. My question is if it were you how would you handle this, documents you will file in this situation. Thanks

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

First, If I follow you, there is a private mortgage between you and the lender, the mortgage is not with a regular mortgage lender. That private lender is now foreclosing on the property.

You claim you have some sort of private agreement with the lender/plaintiff. But you don't say what that agreement is or why it allows you to stop paying (assuming you are being foreclosed on for non payment) on the mortgage.

Finally, I don't see any reason that your rights were violated or that the judge committed fraud. You submitted this contract to the judge and he then ruled on the foreclosure based on the law. Nothing in what you posted gives any indication that the judge ruled incorrectly.

So, if you want our help you need to provide a lot more details.

I took out a 50-B on my soon to be ex-husband and an assault charge. Our court date is in one day and he has hired one of the most powerful attorneys in our town. I do have an attorney as well. Okay, I was able to see a child on April 11th, 2007. That was the first time I saw something more than a shadow. Well, this morning at 5:30am (which does not fit the sequence of times I've been recording) I was lying in bed with my two older children, ages three and almost 2. My husband had kissed...
