converting LR69071 to TH 4210D honeywell thermostat
LR 69071 was wired the following way. G=Green, R=Red, Y=Yellow, O=Orange, X=Blue, and W2 and E= White. Please let me know how the above wires should be connected to the new TH 4210D honeywell thermostat. Thanks in advance.

No problem, with only 6 wires you will not have a common. This is fine, but you will be changing the batteries a good bit in the t-stat.
