    I agree with this article. Thanks for posting.

    I cut contact from my recent ex who messed it up and I don't see myself talking to her again. However, my previous ex and I remain friends after dating 3 years ago for 2 years. So I think it's possible, just have to allow time and I think a couple new partners in between, to realize if you can/can't be friends.

    I also think it depends on how it ended. My recent ex cheated so I have no respect and don't care to know her. But who knows what the future has in store
