    My boyfriend is a felon and his mothers boyfriend is a felon to so can they live in the same house togather ?

    If one or both are on probation or parole, no. If they are off probation or parole, yes. Anytime a felon on probation lives in a home with a felon whether on probation or not is a violation of the rules of probation or parole.
