Spotting in the morning "after" I got Menst. Cycle?
Hi there, I am 29 years old, and have had my tubes tied since I was 22 years old. I got my period this week and it was normal and even came on time. My husband and I had sexual intercourse as soon as I wasn't bleeding, and then the next day I started spotting brown and now it turned to red. We have been together for 3 years now, and neither one of us has ever cheated. I have been having little "tings" of pain lower than where I normally do, but not enough to call a cramp. What could this be? I wake up with the spotting and then by the afternoon and evening, there is no more blood. I do not have health insurance and just got laid off my job so I don't have money to go to the doctor or the urgent care, and I don't think that this is important enough to go to ER over, so if someone can clue me in, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Planned parenthood (at least the ones here in ca and probably other states) have programs that cover the costs of seeing you if you don't have insurance/ a high enough income. You can look into that

Would like to think that that would solve problem, but still wondering why this is happening. That, I think, is more what I am looking for. If someone out there is or has gone through the same thing that I am going through right now, then I would really appreciate it. Thanks though for your time.

You're the one who brought up not being able to go to a dr because of money issues...
There's plenty of reasons you could be spotting. Stress can cause irregularity. My body does all sorts of things when I stress out. Including spotting around the time of my period. Or there could be something wrong. Only a dr would be able to determine fr sure what is going on. This article is a little focused on spotting during pregnancy but it also discusses other reasons for spotting. http://www.beyondfertility.com/art238.htm
