I need a little bit of advice I was involved in a car accident June 14th 2008 here's a little brief of what happened

I was involved in a head on collision me being a passenger. The driver went into the opposing traffic lane either racing the car we were following or trying to get to them not quite sure and as he went into the other lane another car came around the bend and we hit head on. I was not paying attention bent over in my seat ( with seat belt) and was coming up at impact. I was light flighted from the scene with lacerations and 3rd degree burns from the seat belt. Letter to find out I also have back and neck injuries. I have gone through months of chiropractic and they just finalized they said there was not much more they can do for me. I need counseling for the incident I deal with nightmares and waking up in night sweats. I have car anxiety. I am looking into a settlement do you feel I am entitled? If so how much? My lawyer is worthless and hasn't contacted me back and no one dealing with my medical can get ahold of him often.

You may settle for several millions but that is worthless the only award worth anything is to the max of the liablitiy insurance of the car you were riding in.
*** assuming the driver is not rich of course, if the driver is a millionaire then this post is wrong****

So what was the max insurance 100,000 maybe 300,000 . The 300,000 is about the max most people carry, some only carry 50,000.

Since if the driver has nothing at all you will actually only get what the insurance can pay
