Storm tripped breaker. Next morning would not reset even with no load on it. Replaced and new breaker will not reset with a load. Traced lines in attic and could find no dead shorts. Found no scorch marks in room affected in lighting or in sockets. Any ideas short of hiring an expensive electrician?
