    Can I get a divorce with one signature?
    I haven't seen or talked to my husband in 3 years. I don't know where he is... can I get a divorce with only my signature?

    No. He has to be notified (served). If he cannot be locate you can get a Court Order to notify him by publication in a Court-approved newspaper.
