My lmp was oct.5, 2008... I had sex with my ex husband on sept.20th or 22nd (he "pulled out)... I took a pregnancy test on oct.4 that came back negative. And the next day I started my period. Almost everyday in oct I had unprotected sex with my current boyfriend... I missed my period in nov. so I took a pregnancy test on nov.7th that came back positive. According to my lmp my due would be July 12th, 2009... according to a sono in my first trimester my due date of been around July 23rd... they ssaid I was ten weeks when I was suppose to be 12wks accordin to lmp... I recent sono at set my due back to July 9th... I was wondering if I could be pregnant by my ex or is it most likely my current boyfriends? And why did the sono from my first sono say July 23 and a more recent one say July 9th... which one is most likely more accurate?

They go by the growth of the baby, it isn't always accurate.

Sadly no one can tell you what day you conceived because we cannot pinpoint exactly when you ovulated.

You'll have to wait until the baby is born then have a paternity test done.

If your LMP was October 8, 2008, according to the gestation wheel we use at the hospital, you most likely conceived on October 22 and your due date would be July 15.

However, all of the dates you have above really don't match up. You had sex with your ex on September 20 or 22 OR you had sex with him OCTOBER 20 or 22?

Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the baby is born for a paternity test to determine beyond the shadow of a doubt who the father is.

Also most sono's also give a give or take 2-3 weeks either way, so a perternity test would be the best way to go.
