I got a M9750 laptop running vista on it, here's the issue:

So my SCSI/RAID Host Controller is missing a driver, this is what window's spits out:

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" :eek:

I tried looking for a driver but have no clue where to look and what to look for. I also tried to put back the original driver by using factory made backup cd but the driver is still missing.

Looks like you might have to trawl through all the drivers to find the one you want,
I could only go for "best fit" from the limited information you gave.
