I was wondering if it is against the law for my three year old to sleep in the same bed with her dad and his girlfriend on her weekends at his house. I have big concerns about this and the dad thinks I am asking too much for this not to happen.

No. If he or the girlfriend aren't drugging her, or preforming sexual acts then this is not illegal.

She's a child and she's away from her mommy.

EDIT:: Co-sleeping isn't illegal, abuse or misconduct is.

Call your local department of children's services and ask them.
Every state has different laws.
I think it would be O.K. for the father and daughter until she is five but I think the GF in the mix may be illegeal.

It would not be against the law for a father to sleep in the same bed with a daughter, period. However, the older the daughter gets, the more inappropriate and suspicious this would be. At 3, its perfectly normal. Even with the girlfriend it would not be illegal unless some sort of sexual activity is occurring.

What you should be doing is making sure your daughter understands what inappropriate touching is and that she should let you know if someone tries to touch her inappropriately. But youy should be careful NOT to make her scared of her father.
