    How to add name to deed?
    We are trying to find out the formula to figure out what it will cost us to add my name to the deed of our condo?

    Formula? I'm not sure what you mean by a formula. To add your name to a deed you will have to pay the cost of recording the deed plus any transfer taxes that may be charged by your county or state. If the "purchase price" that you list on the deed is less than $100 then there probably won't be any transfer tax. So the fees should be preparation and recording. If you have it done by an attorney or title company it shouldn't cost more than $200 or so.
