Could it be pelvic inflamitory disease
I am 18 and I have experiencing excessive white clear to yellow vaginal discharge for some time now. I am on the depo birth control shot and I am sexually active.I HAD bacterial vagnosis but I was treated for it and it has cleared up completely I'm not sure how long I had the bv before I was treated. I have been to the doctor 3 times since my bv cleared up for a pelvic exams and all she says is I am normal and have no odor except I have a high white blood count. I have been tested for clymidia gohneria hiv and syphilis but all tests have come back nagitive.I experience some itching and some burning along with slight lower back(swelling) hip and lower abnormal pain mostly at night time. (It is believed that my lower back pain and swelling is due to a car accident I was involved in 10 years ago)i do not experience pain during sex unless he goes to far in but I am always abnormally wet down there even my boyfriend has asked why I'm so wet when we haven't even started doing anything. Please help this discharge is so annoying and really embarrassing when me and my boyfriend are in the heat of the moment. PLEASE HELP!! Could this be pelvic inflammatory disease caused by the bacterial vagnosis that I had for quite some time??:eek::(

It doesn't sound like PID. You will have low grade fever, pain in the abdomen with PID which will progress fairly quickly to other vital organs if not treated. This really sounds like clymidia to me, I would test for it again.

You should see another doctor, these are not normal symptoms (I have had these before and have had advanced nearly fatal PID as well) Here is my concern you are presenting with clear symptoms of infection and your doctor is not looking further to find out and treat your problems. Not only are you uncomfortable but long ongoing untreated infection can put your fertility and even your life at risk.
