    Divorce entitlement after being separated for 10yr. And not legally
    I would like to get a divorce, I would like to what I would be entitled to and how much it would cost. Ive been separated for roughly 10 yrs. And will it be quick

    You are entitled to get divorced and how much it costs and how fast it is depends on where you live and how difficult your ex wants to be.

    If you are talking about money... probably not anything.

    Depends on how long you were married and how good your lawyer is. You are going to have a hard time making an argument that you need something from him having been separated for 10 years.
