Leg and arm pain at night
It started with my legs at night, felt like ants inside, drove me nuts. Then it moved to my shoulders and arms. Now I suffer almost every night, aching legs and arms. Nothing seems to help except moving and taking really hot baths, but when I try to rest again the pain returns. Last night I slept for about 2 hours the rest of the time I was in really severe pain. Help!

It sounds like you should be evaluated for "Restless Leg Syndrome". This is usually a neurologist area of treatment but some internist or Primary Care docs treat this regularly. Do some homework and know that if this is what is going on there is help for you. Be encouraged! RLS is treatable!
