    Error message 0X0000009c
I am trying to load a copy of Windows XP home edition, and when system starts installing Windows XP blue screen appears with the following.

    Technical information 0x0000009c
    Beginning dump of physical memory
    Physical memory dump complete.

Here is what I am trying to do:

Format current hard drive. (Seems to work fine.)
Load Windows XP Home edition. (Not trying to save any files.)
After format, and beginning of install, computer reboots and starts to complete installation. This error occurs during final part of installation after reboot.

I checked BIOS settings, and when computer boots, IDE is seen as primary master, and DVD/Cd rom drive is seen as primary slave.

I have also tried to boot directly from DVD with the copy of XP in it.
    No luck.

***Note I have a working computer that I installed the hard drive in and
Windows loaded no problem. I figured this would elliminate the possibilities
of a faulty installation CD, or Hardrive. When put back into original
computer, screen was black with prompt. Format, and reload CD to hard
    drive for a frech install.
at the very least show Windows XP installation screen.

Should I have reloaded any drivers?
Could I have something configured wrong?
(Jumper on the back of hard drive is set to Master. Drive shows jumper for single hardrive, or slave. I assume master is correct as there is only one hard drive.)
I have also tried a different stick of Ram.
(Same issue using original Ram or new.)

Any ideas, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First thing that comes to mind is to remove all add on cards (including video card if has onboard graphics) and re install windows, other than that perhaps Power Supply.
