    Can you ID this Oil Portrait signed by Corte's
    I have an elderly friend who purchased this oil painting in Baltimore MD in the 70's. He wanted the frame, but he fell in love with the picture. This photo does not do it justice. It is painted on canvas, and when he showed me the back it looked like wood. Can anyone identify the artis. We want to get additional information on the painting.

    There are about 50 Cortes artists. Is there any information on the back that may help? Rick
