    Trouble printing
    Why has my printer suddenly stopped communicating with my PC? Have downloaded a new driver but this isn't working.

    Hi, I need you to provide more definition about the problem you are having. Are you using Windows? If so, What is the name and version of the operating system.

    For example, what leads you to believe that your printer is no longer communicating to your printer? Are you getting error messages? If so what are they.

    What printer and what driver are you trying to use?

    How is the printer physically connected to the PC?

    You say you downloaded the new driver, correct? Did you install the new driver?
