    AZ DUI charges if on criminal probation
    If you receive a DUI in Arizona while on probation from a criminal offense,
    What can happen? Will you be sent back to prison due to violation of probation?

    Maybe, maybe not, what was the criminal charge, was it related to drinking.

    Part of the probation, were you not to drink at all?

    But as long as you report it right away, most likely the PO will only read you the riot act but since this is a crminal offense, yes they can.

    The person did receive long term prison sentence but was not related to drinking,
    But was on a very serious crime.
