I've been dating this guy for almost 2m now, at first we would talk all the time like for hours and he also works the night shift and we would text all night, lately he has been busy at work maybe one or two text the whole night and brief talk sometimes 2x a day... isn't this change suppose to start later in the relationship, is it wrong that I want out to avoid what's coming later? Becos if he's acting like this now most likely it will get worse... I need opinions.. thanks

Maybe he is busy or he limited his text messages to you due to cutting cost towards his phone. It's not like he stop communication with you but he just shorten it. I think instead of focus too much on this issue you need to do something besides talking/texting him.

Don't let him consume your life but do other things to add fulfillment to it. Go hang out with friends or read a book, watch a movie, just do something you would enjoy.

Yes, he is working, it is very possible his boss said to stop the phone use, esp if it was for "hours" and get to work. You don't want him to lose his job over talking to you do you.

I think you are expecting too much talk every day. Do you still date, go out in person

I'm in sch rite now, so we are doing the long distance dating, and I usually study at night so I sleep less and up most of the time... his phone bill trippled the first month though, so I should be more understanding of the cut back... thanks guys for your comments

Go easy on him. Long distance is really hard to handle. I suggest you guys buy phone cards, it's much cheaper.

Long distance plan? Webcam? Email? There are cheaper ways to communicate.
