    Since Obama has become president or even before then are there some special benefits that the unemployed or low to medium income that homeowners should be aware of or maybe even the general public should be aware of to make sure we take advantage of?

    Any tips will be appreciated.

    Other then the $8,000 credit for buying a home... but that is available to everyone.

    There are several programs being offered to people who may be facing foreclosure. Google foreclosure and stimulus and you should find info.
