    I want to know how to wire a three-speed motor running a fan?

    Dear friend,

    Motor must be having suitably sagrigated winding terminals in junction box of the motor. This is acheivable using 4 to 6 contactors in starter panel with mechanical and electrical interlocking arrangement.
