Frost free hose bib not turning on in spring
We have frost free hose bibs that won't 'turn on". It has been in the 60's and even 70's for a few weeks but we do live in upstate NY where the winters are cold. We had this problem last year as well and they didn't allow water to flow until May! We need our outdoor hoses now! Any suggestions or comments? Are they working properly?
