I am 18 and have been experiencing clear to white discharge. I do have lower back pain and swelling and sometimes have slight abdominal pain. I have seen a doctor and was diagnosed with bv but it cleared up. I have been to the doctor since then because of this discharge and she said it looks all normal to her but I have a high white blood cell count. This discharge is very annoying and I need help I don't want it anymore. Sometimes it causes slight itching but nothing serious and I also get chills and diarraha but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.help?? :confused::eek:

You definitely need to seek a SECOND opinion. This does not sound normal.

Questions:
1) Did your doctor preform any tests?
2) Are you sexually active? If so are you on any method of birth control?
3) Do you bathe regularly? Sounds like a funny question but believe it or not, if you don't bathe regularly your vagina will be working overtime on cleaning itself.

For the meantime wear some pantyliners with COTTON underwear.

There's a good chance that your bv hasn't cleared up entirely. Did you take the ENTIRE prescription of the antibiotic given to you by your doctor?

Your high wbc, as well as chills/diarrhea point to infection. As mudweiser said, go to another doctor.
