Im not sure what your asking. Either post more information or your question might be better asked under criminal law. Is this a family law matter ?

You have the right miranda rights before being questioned.
You have the rights to o illegal search and seizure
You have the right protection under the disabled workers laws
You have the right not to be discriminated against because of sex or relgion
Can you be more specific what rights you are discussing.
I would assume you mean that you lost the ability to vote and to own and carry a fire arm.

Well, what I am trying to figure out is can I vote? Can I own a gun? Can I work for the federal government and have a security clearance? I am unsure what type of court marticial I had, this was 15 years ago and I have yet to get any paperwork indicating my status. I have never had issues with anything in a nature that would indicate either way

I don't know about anything but working for the Feds - the answer there is no.
Technically you already "worked" for the Feds once and it didn't work out terribly well for either one of you - they are not going to give you a second chance.

If you have a conviction as a felon then no. You gave up those rights when you committed the crime.
