    Warranty deed exception
    When I convey real property (my house and land), I want it understood that the contents of the house and out buildings are not part of the warranty deed, how do I state the exception?

    "GRCLEGAL conveys and warrants that real property described as ___ to _____ ..., excluding therefrom all personal property (including, but not limited to ____) contained in the house and outbuildings situated upon said real property. ...."
