Immigration fraud
I was currently used as a bridge by my ex-wife to come to the United States. I’m trying to set up a complain to see if there is any way of holding the legalization process of my wife. She received a visa from the American Consulate in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in December 2008. . I went to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security / Citizenship and Immigration Services to get some help with this issue. The information Officer told me that I had very little to do so that my wife US Visa revoke.
What can I do?

Didn't you ask them directly what you had to do? I would start by calling USCIS and say you no longer wish to sponsor her for a green card, of course it would also be a good idea to file for divorce, in most cases after the divorce her green card would get denied.

I talk to USCIS but they told me that I have to write a letter to ICE and I did, but they haven't answer my question. They also told me that she will have permanent green card and I had very little to do.
Can you give me a phone ,email that I can contact them?

Go to whatever Court handles these matters in your City and file a petition for custody/visitation.
Was she crazy when you had the two children with her?

If you figured this out after 3-4 years marriage, it's not fraud. If she is now a US citizen or a permanent resident, nothing you can do.

In NY child support for one child is 17% of gross. Have you been paying that?
NJ uses a formula.
She must have transferred the case to NJ.

THere is not enough information to give you a realistic answer. There are so many factors involved in this decision, none of which are listed. Her home and job have nothing to do with it.
I will tell you though that the fact that she has the baby now works against you.

Well, technically there is only one factor. "Best interest of the child". That basically means that it is up to the court to decide using any means at its disposal.
Historically speaking, with a newborn, all things being equal, the mother "wins" because studies show that a child needs its mother more in the first year than its father. Courts have shied away from this thinking in the last 10 years or so though. So really, it could be anything, focusing mostly over fitness of a parent, family support available and I have heard (but have no legal proof of) gender of the child.
But ultimately it comes down to your lawyer and the judge.
I wish I had a better answer to give you.

Requirements for getting spousal support
Are there any requirements for getting spousal support?

Depends on your state.
The general rule of thumb (state dependent) is that your spouse must have provided significant financial support to the household and the homebound spouse needed to be there because of household obligations (raised the kids, for instance)
I have heard cases where spousal support was refused when the home spouse didn't work "because he made enough to support us both" but had minimal household responsibilities.
Basically - if you were home because you had to be, then support may be considered.
Again though... depends on the state. Some will give it temporarily just cause that's how they do things. Ultimately it will come down to whatever is agreed upon in the dissolution agreement though.

Yes. You need it and the other side can afford to pay it.

I went to a child support hearing and the judge ordered health insure for my wife (ex). Is this standard or is there supposed to be a notification of this proceeding as well?
Thanks
