    My husband wants to adopt my sons who have never known their birth dads.
    My two youngest children have never seen their dads. They have my maiden last name and my husband now wants to adopt them. How can he adopt them?

    By you getting the biological fathers to sign away their parental rights, then getting a lawyer to file adoption paperwork.

    I agree with Synnen, but I would reverse the process. Forst get an attorney. The attorney will detail what steps you need to go through to terminate the bio dad's rights.
