    Not getting my rights
When my ex wife purposely and flat out admitted to with holding my son from me, does she still have the right to keep taking child support.

I have to fly to the mailand from Hawaii to visit my son and 3 out of 5 times I was not able to see him. That costs money etc, but how can she still have the right to take money when all of these thins are going on.

So far I have been taking it, mostly because of ignorance, but enough is enough.

visitation and support are held two separate (ways) so they don't have anything to do with each other. She can withhold him and still collect support. You can keep taking her back to court to fight what she is doing. Maybe if you keep taking her back to court for non compliance then maybe she will back down but
If you aren't keeping up with all your visits I think that can backfire.

Yes, support is not contingent on getting visitation and vice versa.

You are at a bit of a disadvantage because you live so far away. But there might be some recourse. First, though, I would like to know what your visitation schedule is like. Do you have specific times or do you just have to give notice or what. What does the court order actually say about visitation. Also where does the ex live and what court issued the custody/support order.
