    Lock on joint checking account
    There is a lock on jont checking account but no judgment has been served please help

    To place a lock requires a court order. The bank has to give you a copy of the order which will list the court that issued the order and the docket info.

    You can then use that to check on the judgement and maybe get a vacate for improper service.
