    Services stopped
    The services like cmd , regedit has been stopped , suggest what to do , I have an updated kaspersky

    Cmd is a command-line interpreter. It looks like an old MS-DOS window. It doesn't normally run. Similarly REGEDIT is the registry editor. It doesn't normally run, either.

    They're not "services". Can you explain more about what your error is?

    Windows cannot find "cmd" or "regedit" , please name it correctly...

    "cmd.exe" is found in C:\Windows\System32. "Regedit.exe" is found in C:\Windows ("C:\Windows" might possibly be different on your machine). Look for them there. If they are there, then something is quite corrupted.
