Are you taking brand name medications or generic? Sometimes the "fillers" used in generics can cause unwanted side effects. I know this from personal experience so that's why I mentioned this to you.

Zonegran
Side effects
The most commonly observed adverse events associated with the use of ZONEGRAN in controlled clinical trials that were not seen at an equivalent frequency among placebo-treated patients were somnolence, anorexia, dizziness, headache, nausea, and agitation/irritability.
Oxycarb side effects
While most people tolerate oxcarbazepine well, side effects may occur during treatment with the medicine. Side effects of oxcarbazepine can include headaches, fatigue, and nausea. Other oxcarbazepine side effects, while less common, are more serious and should be reported to a healthcare provider immediately. These more serious side effects can include worsening of seizures, signs of an allergic reaction, and hallucinations
Sounds like you should contact your doctor and have him prescribe different meds for you as both of these have headaches as side effects.
The antihistamines may be clashing with these two meds as well. The part where it says allergic reactions would be your itching feeling. That is a sign of allergic reaction.

I don't think it makes a difference in just how long you've been on the meds. I definitely think your dr needs to know this as he may try adjusting the dosage or changing you to something else. Those type of meds are very hard to get right in the first place and then your body can change over time as well. I don't think you have a food allergy though. I don't think I said that originally. I suffered from severe migraines so I know how you hurt and sympathize totally with your situation. You could also be under some extra stress now as well. Stress will do some really strange things to a body but it will mostly come out as headaches though.

Itchy all over can be caused by a number of things. One could be a lack of zinc.
When and what are you doing when you get itchy?
Keep track of what you do and eat so you can figure out what is causing it.
I think I heard antihistamines can cause itchiness.
