    Money for fines.
In my younger days, before I finished up college, I encountered a lot of fines. Now I'm having a very hard time paying these. Does anyone know what I can do to make this easier on me, disappear, or even make really fast money to get these paid off.

Have you made a payment arrangement on them? If you can prove you have limited income they may be willing to charge you as little as $20. A month for each fine.
The only fast way I know to make money is scrapping metal. If you have a truck you can go around to places that are being demolished or remodeled and ask for the scrap metal. Tell them you will buy them a case of beer or a pizza if you get a good amount.
