The mother of my daughters is Bi-Sexual and I don't approve of this behavior around my babies. Can I apply for full residential custody and she have bi-weekly visitation?

You can apply for full custody with he having visitations but I don't think a court would use her bi sexuality as a reason. If she is okay with that and doesn't contest it then you should be okay. Otherwise it is up to a Judge to sort out.

I agree with Nohelp, it is not likely that a judge will use her sexuality as a factor for determining custody or visitation. You will have to have a much stronger case than this if you want to restrict visitation on such stringent terms.

If the kids live with her now and she's otherwise a responsible and loving parent, I don't see a judge suddenly only allowing bi-weekly visitation. But if your ex agrees with this arrangement, then you won't have any problem.

You can APPLY for anything. But the odds of you getting primary physical custody because of the mother's sexual orientation is slim to none.

I'm also wondering if this is really about sexual orientation. The subject of this thread is Child SUPPORT, not custody. So I wonder if that's what is really behind this that you don't want to pay child support.

I will try not to make this too long but I went through a 3 year court battle with my ex with our 2 kids who are now 17 (Daughter) and 15 (Son). My son has been living with his dad since he was like 9 because I let him. Court battle was dropped due to judge thinking my ex was lying after 3 years...
