    1040 or 1040NR
    Hello Atlanta Tax Expert
I am on H1B since October 1 2007. Prior to that I was on F1 visa. So, should I file my 2008 tax return using 1040 or 1040 NR?
    Thanks,
    Lalji

For 2008 you will file resident tax return. Read about H1-B tax filing: Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
