    Why do I have massive headaches?
    I have been having massive headaches almost like a migrain
    And trust me I don't need glasses ahahaha
    Its going on for many months now
    And I don't know what it is
    I hate it!

    You need to see a doctor, maybe he can explain to you why... cat scans.. etc

    There are a number of possible known triggers. Weather being one. Certain foods are candidates. Weather is the hard one to track because it's 0-48 hrs before rain.

    You should see a doc, but in the meantime it would help to locate the trigger. For starters, if you want, note what you ate prior to the migraine and write it down. I can look at it.

    There are all sorts of known triggers. Just some simple questions like how often per month? What was the weather doing? What foods did you eat? Male? Female?
    What do they feel like? Was the onset sudden/ Gradual?

    All of tis stuff will help.

    And to start I'm a female, the headaches feel like someone shot me in the head
    I eat all kinds of food, really hard question for insant today I ate ,matza with choclate(passova) and then I ate rice and meatballs and pretty much that
    I'm not sure if there gradual though
    Please help!

    Like the others said it can be a number of things. Keep a diary of weather, what you ate, stresses, and times and when the headaches occurred to try and find any patterns.
    Eat home cooked meals and avoid junk foods and prepackaged foods with lists of preservatives. Avoid soda too.
    Check your PH balance and if possible go to a chiropractor http://www.naturalhealthschool.com/pH-balance.html

    Also are they cluster headaches, at your temples, left side, right side, or where hurts most most often?
