    Vaginal bumps
What causes vaginal bumps that aren't itchy or irritating.no smelly discharge or oozing pus. They look nothing like the pictures of herpes I've looked up.and they don't look anything like little cauliflowers.they cause no pain what so ever. I haven't had any symptoms of herpes or a yeast infection that I can remember. But I'm not sure if its something serious.Could it still be herpes or a really bad yeast infection? Or does it sound like something completely different?

The only way to know for sure is to go to the doctor. It doesn't sound like herpes because herpes bumps are usually red, itchy, painful and they have puss inside. It could be genital warts caused by HPV, but you will need to go to a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

If it is red and raised, watch very closely as it could be Syphilis. If they begin to go down, keep watching, you may not feel any pain, but they may become white concave and like a Chancre sorse. Then you will know you have to see a Doctor for sure. The bumps may not hurt, "...what so ever."-you

Other than that, I'm not really sure. Also, even if your bumps are not a result of Herpes, it is still possible to have herpes as it may lay dormant with in you. You may also infect others even though you are dorment. Read up on it at, An Acclaimed Herpes Information Resource, www.herpes.com, Information About Sexually Transmitted Dieases (special attention to the Herpes virus). Might as well get the info.

The bumps can be from stress, just like stress rashes, stress hives, stress pains, and stress aches. I recomned the doctor as well.

    Take care.

P.S. I got the Syphilis information from a book called Merck Manual of Medical Information.

Well the bumps could be from shaving and the puss could be a yeast infection or it could be an STD it's hard to tell without seeing a doctor. Plus really it could be all of the above. Get tested and ease your mind.
