Depends on what you did? And the extent of grovling needed!

Well, I'm no scientist, but I think a good start would be telling her your sorry.

    There's your sign.

    Hi Eaz,

I'm trying to make sense of this, please forgive me.

So you wanted to talk, she didn't; she wanted to sleep. You stopped her from leaving, and you both got into bed and went to sleep.

Now. Is she mad at you because you wanted to talk, or is she mad because of what you wanted to talk to her about? We will need a little more information to help you out here.

Give her time alone, like a couple days maybe even a week just to cool off, then talk to her.

We needs more facts if possible, but it does not seem like you did something wrong if she's still willing to sleep in the same bed as you.

She's probably been really tired and she needs her sleep. Some people need more sleep than others.

But you really shouldn't pressure her to do something that she doesn't want.

There's not much for you to apologize for (unless we're missing facts). The best thing you can do is leave her alone for a while.

After an apology, give her space to deal with it, and let the emotional dust settle, in her time, not yours.

Tell her you are sorry and explain why you are saying you are sorry.
Saying sorry is easy, saying I did this and that wrong and I'm sorry if I hurt you is more specific.
We women need to know you truly get what you did.
