    Filing for 1040NR
    I work for a company in India and visited US on H1 for 100 days from nov 2007 till feb 2008. I had a ssn and was paid in us

    I am single and got my w2 now.

    Am I eligible for filing for 1040NR.

    Fed tax wthd is $1138
    Ss tax withhld is $517

    If yes
    When is the last date to do so and as I am in india now how do I file it

    You can still fle, even after 15 April 2009.

    Yes, you can file Form 1040NR with Form 2106 to claim daily expenses.
