    How long does a sex offender have?
    How long does a Sex offender have to report a new move? It still shows online that he is at his old address. He lives in orlando.fla.

    Usually they have to inform the new community that they are coming to their location prior to moving there. And once they are they they must "check" in with the new local authorities as soon as possible.

    Just because it still shows the old address online does not mean that he has not informed the proper authorities of his new location. Sometimes those web sites are not updated every day. They should be, but aren't.
